Shift **** Question

I don't know if it's just me but does anyone else's shift **** kinda go to far to the right?

the FB trans in my SA... the remote shifter is not centered in the console, and yes, it goes very far to the right, and not very far to the left comparitavely. Reverse is like all the way up against the console cover panel.

seems odd... but i really dont care, cause now i have 5spd's

if your talking about the direction the **** faces...its a plastic piece in a rubber boot...and the rubber sometimes turns beyond the place that it should...you can easily turn it back...or add a few washers.
