Shaving headlight sprayers

The headlight sprayers on my car were broken off, when I bought it, so there's 2 holes in my front bumper. Should I remove the rest of the sprayer system, and fill in the holes? If so, how should I fill them? Fibreglass them from underneath, than bondo?

Frontbumper is too soft and flexible for fiberglassing, It will eventually crack and look like ****.

I'd just plug them or get a bumper without from the boneyard.

there's plenty of non sprayer bumpers out there, I'm sure you could get one of those, would be a lot easier than filling in the holes in your current bumper.
