selling my car
I'm thinking of selling one of my RX-7's. Its
an 84 GSL with lots of mods. I'd like to get
$2,000 for it.I really like this car And don't
really want to sell it. It all depends on the
response I get from posting it. If no one wants
it then it really won't hurt my feelings. I'm in
Atlanta. Car is black with burgandy interior.
This is the car:
Good (first ofcourse)
New street port 12a less than 1,500 miles on
motor. MSD direct fire. MSD Blaster coils. Racing
beat light weight flywheel( 17lbs, not installed
yet but I will do it before I sell the car).
Centerforce clutch. Carter 7 psi fuel pump.
Holley fuel pressure regulator. Everything until
this point was installed new with engine. Full
Racing Beat road race Street port exhaust. Both
meachanical a centrifical advance have been
disabled and the timing is set at 22 deg advance
leading and 16 deg advance trailing. Modified
Nikki. No emissions. Converted to front mount oil
cooler. Stainless braided oil lines.Auto meter
oil pressure guage and auto meter water temp
guage. Racing beat springs with tokiko "blues".
Energy suspension urathane bushings on the front.
Yokohama AVS intermediates with about 80% tread.
The bad.
The car is a 15 footer. It looks good a few feet
back but when you get close you see the small
dents and paint flaws. The car was painted last
year but it was a cheap paint job. It will need a
new rear end sooner or later. The rear end leaks
And makes a thuding noise when driving, although,
this is a daily driver and it has not given me
any problems other than being a little anoying.
It needs new front rotors. The interior is
pretty good. There is no radio, no A/C, the
windows are electric but need a helping hand gong
up and down. No shift ****. center console needs
help. The Nikki needs to be re jetted The car
runs too rich. A holley would make this thing
really fast.
Other than that, It has a strong gear box that
came out of a low milage car. The leather seats
are in pretty good shape. Interior is all good
except what I mentioned. A good bit of weight has
been striped.
Some pics of the car are at

I'm sure I'm forgetting some things. Just email
with questions
Thanks,
Mike
