seals

i am getting alot of oil on my spark plugs and it wont let the engine start. does anyone exactly which seal it is.

Oil control o-rings, but if they are that bad, you should be getting a lot of blue/dark exhaust smoke. Chances are it's running too rich and fouling plugs, which can look like oil fouling.
