SE-newR.housings NLA, but still in stock?

I was at the local dealership the other day just to see if they had oem door w.stripping and I needed a new clutch master cylinder. I also inquired out of curiosity about the availability of new rotor housings for an SE. They had all three, supposedly. $75.48/pc for the door seals(said they didn't have the body ones?).
$1267.78($633.89/pc) for a pair of housings, and $177.47 for the clutch MC?!
I've two questions: Is that common for the housings, I mean should I run over and buy them(I own a few SE's) just because? Is the clutch mc really worth it(I went with the $140 cheaper Autozoon one)?

i'm looking right now, the rotor housings don't say NLA. yet.

if you look at the car there is no body seal, its just a moulding to cover the seam.

That's to much for the seals and MC. The MC can be had for $40 after-market and you can pick up after-market seals at $70 for the pair.

Yes much too high. And if you did get the housings...i would do so only if youre going to put together an upgraded/modded engine that youre a fan of. Or at least combine it with new rotors

12A housings are NLA. the SE housings are available but they have 2, if they were expecting more there would be a ship date, but in this case there isn't one
