-SE Intake Manifold

I just picked up an S5 LIM and a racing beat side draft upper to mount on my -SE motor. Couple quick questions...

Will this intake bolt right up (car is in storage and haven't gone out to try yet)? Motor currently has no intake. Second, do I remove the actuators or can I some how use them?

Thanks

Is the upper specifically designed for the S5 lowers? AFAIK, the S5 LIM will not fit an unmodified SE block.

Damn thats kind of what I was thinking. Got a hell of a deal on an old italian 45 DCOE, upper racing beat intake and air filter assembly. He threw in the S5 LIM for good measure to see if I could use it.
