That pair of solenoids control the always important Bypass Air Control valve. Section 4B page 52 and 53 in the FSM.

So your saying that it could be the BAC Valve?

Could be. I'm just thinking about the simple to check possibilities first. Only thing I know for sure is that the solenoid shouldn't be clicking so I'd focus on that first. I'd check the solenoids per the FSM. If they check out OK you can check their connectors with a multimeter also per the FSM.

Ok so I found out that the clicking solenoid stops depending on where the tps is positioned at.

Anyone know why this may be.

I switched out the tps thinking maybe it was faulty but still no change.

It still clicks even with the tps disconnected.

Did you test the solenoids per the FSM? The TPS directly effects those solenoids. Did you adjust new TPS when you installed it?
