saturn ion rims on gsl-se

I don't know anything about wheel offsets but I was looking for some bigger rims to replace the 13's, I already have the parts and plan on doing the gsl-se suspension swap but I really like the look of the stock 13" cross style rim of the gs. The other day I noticed an 04 saturn ion with 16" cross rims that look pretty good so I was wondering if I could make them work with some wheel adapters. they are 16X6 with a 4X100 bolt pattern and a 100mm offset, here's one on ebay to show you what I'm talking about. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/16-03...item53d1b6574d

thanks in advance for any help, i don't know much about swaping rims.

This could work but why? there are so many good wheels for inexpensive. Wheel spacers will set you back at least 150 for a set of 4. And that auction is for one wheel so you are paying 185 per wheel if you buy from that place. Even if you find these wheels for 75 a piece that is 500 with spacers. Just find some wheels with the correct bolt pattern, factory or aftermarket.

the auction is just for reference, i'd go to a junk yard for the wheels if I wanted them, I like them cuz i'm not big on aftermarket rims and they look similar to the stock cross rims.

100mm offset? I don't think so. For a 6" wide rim, that means the hub mounting surface is nearly an inch beyond the lip. Even if there was such a wheel, you'd need like 2.5" spacers to make it fit. Maybe you meant 100mm backspace?
