A sad day for my Rx and I

Its rained the last three days, and its the time of the year that the weather keeps going downhill until my Rx is sitting under five feet of snow.

So off came the Enkei mesh, and back on went the factory + wheels. The only good part of my factory wheels is that now every one gets to see one of the remainders of my drift fanatisism, 155 series studded snow tires stretched onto the + wheels.

I'm so tired of Reno/Lake Tahoe wheather, 100+ degrees in the summer, 0- degrees in the winter. Some one please tell me where I could live that I wouldn't have to put the FB in hibernation. Also a place that doesn't regularly get over 100 degree's in the summer.

Haha just move 3 hrs away to the Bay Area pretty descent wetther. Unless your 7 is afraid of the rain, youd never have to store it.

So I have my choice of leaving the country, leave mainland USA, or move to the east coast, great, no good choices.

New Zealand sounds great, but is it like Australia where you have to have a job before moving there? Yeah New Zealand sounds pretty good, even if it is 1/2 the world away.

Well San Antonio isn't that bad really, maybe a week or 2 total of 100* weather. But not consecutive days. This year i think we had only like a week total.

Only problem in Texas is that it doesn't snow, it just ***** ice a couple days a year and the people freak out and don't know how to drive.

This year I just put in a 3 row radiator in my FB, new thermo, stock everything else; even in rush hour in 100+ heat, the temp wouldn't even hit the halfway mark.

I can deal with the heat, and I can dodge traffic by living in a small town, but I can't stand the snow any more. Can't drive, can't skateboard, what are you supposed to do?

Buy a Subaru, and learn to snowboard.

Oh wait. Flatland. Nevermind on the snowboarding thing.

Come to San Luis Obispo AKA SLO...its stays about 78 year round..gets down to about 48 in the winter (at night) and about 95 in the summer.

zip is 93401 google it, its nice here, and its only afew hours from snowboarding, you can skateboard, many parks around, and you got world famous beaches (Pismo beach). Its pretty nice here, and relatively inexpensive.

I know how to snowboard, I'm just not a fan.

And ever heard of Lake Tahoe? One of the most popular ski regions in the US? Most clear apline lake in the world? That would be 30 min from Reno.

And Subarus/AWD is for suckers.

only cheap place nearby you is Sacramento, but it still gets well over 100F in the summer but you will be hard pressed to see snow even in the foothills here. rent isn't all too bad here compared to the bay area.

Don't come to Michigan. I have a race in a few hours and I'm hoping that the snow melts before then... Otherwise they'll cancel the race.
