Question sa22 guru's!

So i checked Moses's thread on removing the rats nest. All the pics don't show up =/

So, What exactly do i need for this?

AC & CV Cover plate, Heat Exchanger cover plate. Is that all?

And any updated recent post's on how to remove this correctly? Thanks.

Racing Beat sells BOTH cover plates needed for this and pineapppleracing.com sells the correct yoo-hoo belt to run the Alt/W.pump once air pump is removed ($15)

This is what I used to remove the Rats nest. Others did a simpler set up with sucess but so far I had no issues.
4 Feet 5/32 Vacuum hose
2 Feet 5/16 Vacuum hose
1 - 5/32 T-Fitting
1 - 5/16 T-Fitting
3 - 5/32 vacuum cap
1 - Universal Fitting (plastic piece that allows 2 different size ends)
1 - Ring terminal 16-14 gauge (replaces original ground) wait to buy will need to make sure a 12mm bolt that holds the rats nest rack will fit it.

Make sure if your taking out the ACV you have a exhaust system to install.

For the exhaust system. You will need those block off plates and gasket sealer. Pineappleracing also has copper nuts for the engine studs. I didn't go with the yoo-hoo belt I used the dual pulley from re-speed. There is lots of options to go with, Pm me if you need any help

Good luck!
Chris
