SA to FB window differences?

Just bought a 79(SA). The windshield and driver side door window have been replaced with lexan. Looking to install the original glass. Are the FB windows interchangeable? Also are the door “guts” (manual window workings) The same as an FB’s?

thanks!

the windshield and the door glass is identical. i can't say for certain if the regulators are the same but i wouldn't see why Mazda would change those. the only difference in the SA and FB door is the outer skin. the SA door has a slightly different stamp i believe.

Regulators exchange directly... I'm sporting FB electric regulators in my SA, and it was a straight bolt-up mechanically.

manual regulators are the same 8871 part number from 79-85. the inner door does change a little, the door panels change mounting hardware somewhere between the SA and the 84-85's.

glass is the same except for odd things like the late 85 GSL-SE shaded glass.
