SA/FB Tire Fitment

Okay guys and gals, I've seen and searched a bunch of threads recently about tire fitments on 1st Gens. I'd like to see all the information into one big thread and maybe Doc or Jamie will arichive it for future reference. Basically post up all the information about your individual set up with tire size, wheel size and specs, and suspension set ups. Post up pictures if you have any. Now I have a question of my own for you guys. I am looking at buying a set of 13x7 wheels to put on my SA with the offset unknown. I am thinking about putting on 205/60-13's on it but I want to know if I will encounter any issues? The SA's suspension is all stock. The thing I have to keep in mind is though, that I will eventually put these on my FB with has Eibach pro kit springs on it. Any issues there as well? Again thanks for the help guys and post your set ups!

Fitment really boils down to offset. I have 15 x 7 +15 offset wheels, with 205/50-15 tires. The car has an older set of ST springs, and it sits low. I had zero rubbing issues until I cut about 1.25" off my rear bumpstops. At that point, I had to roll my rear fender lips to match the front. The rears still rub lightly when the suspension is bottomed out. I could probably shim the rear bumpstops to eliminate this, but it's not enough to really bother me. I'd rather deal with very minor rubbing, than the harsh ride from always hitting the bumpstops.

SA with my beloved stocker goldie waffles and Sumi 205-60/13s. Why go 7" when 5.5" will do (and I say this without blushing). Fit like a glove, no issues - tho I have no idea if the speedo is accurate anymore

Good responses so far. The reason to go 7" wheels over 5.5" is it will give better tire options later down the road for possible fender flares.
