SA doors vs FB doors - is there a difference?

SA doors vs FB doors - is there a difference?

I know that the door moldings are different SA vs. FB, but are there any differences in the doors other than that? Is the relief / body crease in the door the same? And on the inside, is a manual window crank SA door the same as FB?

I should replace my rusty SA doors but have been limiting my search to other SA's. If the FBs would work I may have more options. I hope anyway.

The doors from any FB will fit without issue. Cranks, door panels, and all parts will fit. I had to drill an extra hole when I installed FB door panels on a SA. The pull handle was different but nothing that will hold you back.

Excellent, thanks KC!! I didn't pull the trigger on a pair of FB doors last summer because I wasn't sure, even though the price was fantastic.

Like he said, the only difference is the location of a captured nut or two for the panels/handle. Easily fixed with a few minutes of work (I have SA doors on my 83 S)
