S4 into Gsl-se -> abuh?

So I finally got a s4 motor to put in the SE. I want to use the s4 intake but keep the SE injection. I'm in the planning stage, standing outside trying to think about what i'm gonna have to do to get this in and running right... It's been a rough week for me, but this is what I've got thought up so far..

Obviously the oil pan and front cover. I'm more concerned about the rat's nest.. I'm guessing the best way to go about it would be to use the SE nest and plug it in to the proper vacuum ports on the S4 manifold.. I need to plug the secondary injector holes, and swap the CAS to the distributor. what kind of blockoff plates will i need? I have a homemade acv plate on the SE, i figure it'll swap. I've heard the s4 water pump is lighter, so i'll just keep that on, gonna have to swap the neck though..

I know there's a thread or two with people doing this, but I don't wanna steal there 'shine'. So any extras thoughts or suggestions/ articles to read would be great. Thanks.

-Wes

What do you plan on doing with the secondary injectors on the S4 manifold if you use the -SE computer to run the motor???

according kevin landers, most of the horsepower increase from the s3 to the s4 was from the improved intake design.

i'm doing this swap too. anyone have any suggestions on what to do with the rats' nest?

update!!

I got the motor in the car, everything back in minus the radiator.. the question is will the second gen BAC be ok to use? i was going to use the s3 one, but it's in the way of the bypass air tube that goes into the bac... i ask because the s4 one does not have a vacuum line going to it like the s3 one does..
