I know this has been asked a quadbillion times, but I searched and could not find what I was looking for.

Simply put what do I need to instal a N/A S4 motor into a 1985 GSL? I also want to keep fuel injection.

So far what I have figured out is:
S4 or better fuel pump
S4 coils
S4 engine
GSL-SE oil pan
S4 fuel injection components
S4 wiring harnes

What am I missing, and how easy is this instal? Could it be done in a week or so with average skill?

Just follow the threads on the TII swaps, very little difference. Time factor depends on skill level, tools and parts.

 

with my 13bt swap i also had to change the front cover to a early model 13b n/a item so i didnt have to change engine config.

 

ic. now what do you mean by changeing the engine configuration? You mean for the mounts in the front?
