You can use 5 inch circle track springs in the rear. You can find the springs and adjusters at any good supplier for the circle track market like Speedway, Afco, or others. Most of the circle track springs are closed and ground on both ends and the stock spring perches are set up for an open spring, they fit fine as is but if you really wanted to you could cut the last half coil off and they would fit just right, in my case I installed flat spring perches.
Bonus tip since it can be a challenge to find springs in the exact length and rate you want is to buy longer springs and cut them, a 15 inch long 125lb spring cut in half gives you 2 7.5 inch 250lb springs which works great

I did this in the rear. works well, I'd like a little more low but it's ok for now. bought an 82 gsl rear with 4.88lsd gears and disc brakes, also scored a sweet deal on T3 coilovers so i'll be going that route soon
