S1 vs S3 body panel interchangeability?

After a long (4+ years) internal debate in my mind, I've finally decided that I much prefer the front end of the S1 cars as opposed to the S3. As well as the dash. I've seen quite a few swaps the reverse direction, but is it possible to install an S1 front bumper, fenders, valence, hood and whatever else on an S3 car? Same for the dash? Hopefully as least invasive as possible.

The S1 has a purity of design that seems to be distorted on the S2/S3 cars, large un-hidden crash bumper notwithstanding.

edit: Or should I just get an S1? Anyone wanna trade? :p
