There is plenty of write-ups on this on this website. Are you trying to keep the 13b fuel injected, or going carbureted? Fuel injection is definitely going to be more difficult. Plenty of little things you wont expect at first that you will need. All in all though, not too difficult.

If you have the entire FC it is a fairly straight-forward swap. You will need to decide on motor mount options, the easiest way is a gsl-se front cover swap.

FBs have the engine mount at the front of the motor vs the FC side mount. If you use the search function for front cover swap it is covered in detail ~1,000,000 times.

You aren't getting the FC gauge cluster into an FB without a shitload of work. The best way to get a working speedometer is to plug one end of the cable into the transmission and the other into the speedometer, it has worked for me numerous times .

Personally, I would just convert to carb and keep it simple. The s4 induction system isn't that great. More power can be had with a proper carb. The only 2 reasons I would keep the efi is if gas mileage and emissions are a concern.

However, those should be the last priorities for any rotary owner. LOL.
