well just recieved a 13b eng and am wondering if i can swap out my 12a and upgrade to 13b. My 12a is starting to have a vibration internally in the engine at times it only has 128k on it but it only got 5k a year for the first 15 years of its life.. driven only during summer and sat covered 9 months of the year. So possible problem mechanically with the 12a iternally or something else, hence the problem.. and the question or should i get another 12a to hop up?????????

hmm, I thank you for your info. I was under the impression (due to my lack of knowlage) that the '80 rx7
gsl or not were all 12a and just had a diff exhauste sys. but if i have a 13b motor in my 7 now then the point is moot. It still looks like i have some more reserch to do with the swap considering the newer block config that the 13 i just got has (also why i thought the engine i have is a 12a) but this is good news just have to check the casing to verify if it is buildable or not thanks again...
