Rusted screws on fuel sender..any tips?
Fuel sender plug so corroded, one prong literally crumbled to dust. Problem is, phillips screws are really rusted. I got it soaking in PB blaster now, any tips from those that have tackled this before?
I haven't dropped the tank, hope I don't have to.

I read your email
Mine were as rusted as yours. I was able to get a couple removed but I ended up having to grind the heads off the rest. Once the unit was out I was able to clamp a couple of the studs with vise grips and turn 'em out. The remaining ones I drilled out then chased the old threads with a tap. It was a royal PITA to say the least but it all worked out in the end. Good luck!
