Running lights/ cig lighter issue?

A wire from my cig lighter outlet came disconnected and arced against the body, blowing the fuse. When I hooked it back up and replaced the fuse, the running lights are constantly on. I disconnected the cig lighter and the running lights work normally. I am very confused. Where are these wirings even connected? Do yinz guys have a wiring diagram?

Three wires involved at cig. lighter connector (H-9) B=Black is ground. LY= Blue/yellow stripe is 12 volts to cig.lighter, also feeds clock, 15 amp fuse in underdash fusebox for this circuit. RL=Red/blue stripe is 12 volts from dimmer switch to feed cig. lighter backlight. Which fuse did you replace? Look closely at how you have your wires connected at cig. lighter. Couple possibilities arise from improper connections, one is a dead short which blows 15 amp fuse, the other is a backfeed situation that sounds like exactly what you have there. Post back your findings, another member may benefit from your fix.

I know this is an oldie, but our cig fuse blows upon install, nothing in the way of the lighter elements. Curious if you found a fix?
