I've got tickets to the final day of the Memorial tournement. I've got a gem of a first gen that I'd like your opinions on, but don't hold the show for me. I'm not a real gear head, so I won't be dissapointed if I can't make it. I wouldn't be able to make it until about 2:00 pm Saturday.

Mine does... it just has issues right now.

 

Mine runs great, drive it everyday.

 

Now when you say run, whats your definition of running?? hehe. and would this include all of our cars or just the RX's?
I can make a meet in the Millenia but the 7 is still far from done....

 

well for that matter the 85 ran but wasnt driveable.

so driveable is the word of the day.

 

My '84 is driveable. I drive it daily. Sometimes it starts rough, but I always get it started. Never had it die on me or anything either. If you guys want to do the fourth, then that'll work. I don't have to go to see Lynard Skynard, and even if I do I can always make it up in time.

You can mapquest it which may be shorter than the directions I am going to give you. But my way is easier and you would be less likely to get lost, or at least I hope

From I-75 North or South go to I-70 East towards Columbus, SERIOUSLY watch out, the construction is horrible, I dont want to lose any 7's on this one!!
When you are on I-70 go to I-675 North
After about a 1/2 mile I-675 will become Spangler Rd.
Spangler Rd. is 5-6 miles long, it will dead end into Milton-Carlisle Rd.
Turn Right, but pay attention, traffic to the left wont stop, there isnt any real warning signs.
The very first Road on your left should be Funderburg Rd.
Take Funderburg to your first right, Sheryl Rd.
You will go less then an 1/8 mile, and you will come to a stop sign
This is Teresa Lane, The big a$$ brick house in front of you is it, seriously you cant miss this place, besides it will at least have two 7's parked in the driveway when you get there.

Hope you got everything, oh and Zach, I will need a ride. Amanda needs the Corolla (which the clutch just started slipping in AAARRGG!!!! That means I have to do two clutchs now!!!) So if you wouldnt mind picking me up that would be great!

Oh, and it would be wise to find an alternate location, as I have yet to talk to my dad about this. I honestly dont think he will care, but just in case....

I totally want to be there, but I have the mother-in-law coming down that day, and the 7 is in far from pretty condition currently. (Needs a bath after sitting at the airport for weeks on end while I've been outta town, tune-up, interior cleaned, etc. all of which planned to start on Sunday).

If she doesn't come down, I may try and swing by. Otherwise, I'm out. (Sorry for a late post).

And if you guys want to grab a bite to eat we can go to the Wat-a-Dog drive in and get a burger. I talked to my dad, he might even show up, ever since I have had this 7 he has been interested in making a one off eccentric shaft for a 4 rotor engine. He has a friend in the tool and die business. He just doesnt have deep enough pockets to do it.

Well I hope to see at least four or five people, that would definately be nice, and it would be great if someone could bring a camera. Mine is in the shop so to speak, I have no idea whats wrong with it... I am sure the fix wont be cheap...

I dont care if your 7 is dirty or rusted or falling apart, everyone is welcome, hell you can use my hose and wash it when you get here. Also, Patman07, where in ohio are you exactly?

 

So as of right now, I am the only person that can make it? Out of all you people in Ohio, and the guy from Indiana is going to be there? People better start saying they are in, or I'm going to have to ban Ohio from my visitation list.
