rotaries for dummies

ok the perfect idea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think someone with enough knowledge and time should write this book. not a replica of the chiltons or haynes but an interesting informative book o knowledge! with topics like....

ways to correctly tune your rotary.
how to make your rex make power.
the difference in ports and how they affect driveability, smog....ETC

i think this would help all of us newbies and keep ya'll from answering he same questions a million times!

what do you think?

There are already several good books out there like Sports Car Color History of the Mazda RX-7, Modifying your Mazda RX-7 and Mazda RX-7 Performance Handbook ..but hey, why not more books about the RX-7

Or just start making a collection of online tutorials.... I could start it when I get my website back up. I'm not the most experienced, but if anyone wants to help me get this off the ground, I'll format and post them if people can help by coming up with ideas and writing them.

I'll look into the webspace thing tomorrow, throw up a temp "welcome to Jon's" page, and throw out an address... we can start from there. I think with enough work (and a few askings for permission) we can sorta accumulate info from all the great online sites, and from our users here at the forum, to sorta add a suplemental to help us all out!

yeah, but alot of the FAQ sites are poorly organized and cover only specific odds-and-ends.... we should get their permission to compile it into one giant, properly indexed, megarotaryreferencesite.
