Hey I was wondering who sells a really good roof rack for surfboards?

You can use the roof racks made by Thule that are designed for cars with gutters from what I've heard. I'm sure that they have an attachment for surfboards. Hope that helps.

Snapshot might sell you one. Sounds like she has carried all kinds of stuff with her car. I'm still waiting to see a kayak or canoe on an RX-7 !

I found that if you find a good roof rack that works and does not cost a fortune you can save money by buying grey pipe insulation and duct taping it around the rack bar. Works well and really does not look all the bad. I wanna go surfing..

oh yeah the insulation acts as a nice padding so that when you strap the board down there is no scratching or sliding. Works well for boats too.

I have a Yakima rack I used on my -SE and it held a road bicycle just fine. Would in theory work with a canoe or something, but I can't be sure how well. I remember the rear of the bicycle mount would prevent the hatch from opening fully and also to some extent the sunroof
