anyone paint the inside area of their stock rim black & have polished their lip?

Yep. Do a search, you should find a thread that has a few pics of rims done up that way. I can't seem to find it myself however.

Make sure you do a GOOD job sanding and priming. I did my 15'' enkei's, and 2 turned out perfect, but the other 2 the paint is VERY messed up. I didn't prime any of my wheels. I didn't think I needed to since I was just going over the factory coat of gold paint, but i should have just not been lazy and sanded and primed them anyway. Luckily for me, my dad is plant supervisor at a big metalworking shop, so I get sandblasting for free and just get to start over on the 2 bad wheels
