Right rear wheel very hard to turn.

I'm doing brakes, so they're off. There's nothing holding the disk in place, as far as I can tell. Left side turns fine, driveshaft turns fine. Right side even with wheel on I can barely turn it.

What's going on?

only thing that comes to mind is a possibility of a seized wheel bearing

Ok, false alarm. Well, not really, but I just found the issue. The brake rotor was snagging against the caliper bracket. I took the bracket off - spins fine. It's scratching a groove in the bracket. I'm not sure wtf, either the rotor isn't perfectly round or the new bracket's lower mounting hole is misaligned, or maybe I bent something when I was hammering the old caliper off. Gonna look into this later. Was freaking out, thought somehow over the course of a week the bearing has seized...

Yeh, looks like it's the new bracket that's the issue. The lower mounting hole is off by at least 2 mm, and the bracket inner space has a bump. I guess I could grind it down for clearance, but I'll think I'll just use my factory stock bracket.
