If your not worried about vandalism charges, then you could carry a loaded semi- or fully automatic paintball gun and shoot it out the window or sunroof if you have one. or maybe even just a little 10 shot pistol.

 

What I usually do to tailgators is this: Slow down to like 5 mph. Wait for them to pass you, and if they don't, then pull over and let them. Then speed up and get on their *** and tailgate the hell out of them. Repeat.

 

ive got it !!!! im going to install uber bright little round foglights inside my taillight where the reverse light is... completley hidden.. but when u flip that switch they will get the point.... hehe im sure i will be able to shoot flames now that i got my 5 speed in,, u cant do **** with the auto besides drive really slow and get passed i got straigh exhaust to stock muff and runnin a little rich, so tailgaters beware!

i just got a fully auto icon-e paintball gun for my b-day, but u can get charged as a real gun if u shoot it outta yer car

 

Were is the emissions deterrent listed? Anyone driving beyind my turbo 12a with my rich jetting gets the point pretty quickly that either they can tailgate and get sick or backoff. And if that isn't enough, my car DOES shoot flames, and it easily pulls away from others on the road.

 

Or you can do the good 'ol 'flick them off in the rear-view mirror trick'. Usually gets them pissed and they either pass or back off.
