Cool "The ride" 82 GSL

Finally decided to post some pic's of my car, still a work in progress but it starting to look the way I want. I will be adding fender flares (CP racing) in about 2 weeks, those will cover the fat wheels that I'm currently running(Epsilon 3pc 15x8 in the fr and 15x9 in the rear. Rebuilt 12a stock specs, no emissions with a RB header, 2Gen oil cooler, 2Gen Leading Coil, RB Plug Wires, 3Gen Radiator Fan,HP Blues & RB springs all around, GC 1 1/8 front sway bar, Suspension Technics bushings in the front. Home built R&P steering(84 Rabbit rack) Speedware Motor sports harness bar, Sparco Speed seat and 3 inch harness, 11k tach, Pesonal steering wheel w/quick release, Sparco Pedals and Shift ****. I'll post more pics when I get the flares on and the 2Gen Radiator installed.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks Gregs! Nope, the new dash will go in once I create a one off gauge pod that will go over the center dash vents.....sometime before ABF in May.

Awesome, with the tires you have on there right now, do you have any issues with rubbing, i had some rims last year on my old 81 that stuck out about as far as those adn i had major rubbing issues in the front

one other thing, im gonna be converting my -se's lug patter to 4x100 to accomodate my new 16" wheels, the spacers/converters stick out about 1.5" so those flares im getting from you will be perfect if i can get them to work

I only get rub on the left rear going over a hard bump or a hard right hander....just alittle.
the RB springs and the HP's keep it from really being a issue.

Looks nice!! Engine pics?

BTW, You're gonna need new wheels with the CP kit. Theirs is VERY Wide. Too Wide.

Try the widebody kit from NOPI. Supposedly it is a replica of the Pacific Avatar one, and it
would look absolutely perfect on your car.

The 3 pc Airdam is ureathane and I got it off the form for $165 shipped, it does not have any identifying marks on it. Engine still has the rats nest and stock carb, I sure hope the flares are not too wide, it would be a shame to send them back....when they arrive that is.
