ReSpeed Bigbrake kit owner? Wheel offset?

So, i bought the kit, and the axles. Just wondering what kind of offsets you guys are running? Im thinking about getting some Watanabes or something, but i kinda dont want to order wheels from the other side of the world, and find out they wont fit!

Im ok with rolling the lips, and running spacers.

Anybody? Billy?

Heres a related thread that should help. I'm going to be buying new rims soon so I need to do some more backspacing research as well.

when i went wheel shopping i made sure the front wheels didnt have more than 4.25-4.5" back spacing. with the rears just use whatever axles your got; SE or non SE.

Yea the front backspace should be no more than 5" with the tire bulge. the tire bulge can differ based on wheel width and tire size crammed onto it. So it is safe to say 4.5" backspace wheels up front.

Rears will be the same as your axles before the Moser swap.

Hmm, when I ordered the big brake kit last week I went with the one made for SE length rear axles. I'll be running a set of FC vert wheels, 15x6.5 with 40mm offset, will I be alright with the rears? I'm pretty sure I'll need spacers for the front...

IIRC, youll be fine for the rears and youll need a 1" spacer for the front. like i said, id be better off if i had GSL axles in the rear. ive got a little too much lip now.

Ok I should be ok with 6.5" wide in the rear, I can see in your sig pic that those 8" wide's stick out a little bit. Hopefully I'll be alright...
