Hi all,

I've done some searching, read through the FSM and spent a fair bit of time trying to get this right without much luck, so I'm hoping someone is able to provide the info I need (or point me in the right direction!).

I have a 83 series 2 JDM SA22. The wiper linkages on the car were stuffed when I got the car, the spindles were seized and the balljoints were worn and broken. I got a new linkage from mazdatrix and modified it to match the RHD style one, as I couldn't find a RHD one new.

Now I'm putting it all back together, and I can't quite get the order of the nuts, bushings and spacers stacked on the spindles together correctly so that they sit flush on the panels!

Does somebody have a photo or can explain which order everything goes? I get the impression I may need to use the nuts to set a certain height for the spindles also.

It would be really swag if someone could pop off their wiper cowl and take a photo of how the bushes stack up.

There is a thick rubber spacer inside the cowl that sets the height of the spindle.
