Not exactly deep dish, but the biggest wheel I can fit until I install the Mariah WB.

These are:

17x7 +42mm with 215x45
17x8 +35mm with 225x45

Once I put on the Mariah, I will put the rears in the front and install 17x9 +20mm (probably with a spacer) with 245/45 on the rear. As you can see, you cannot get much more aggressive than these without a WB.

and you cant lower the car without cutting the fender wells plus a WB.

Im also in the process of assemblying another set of epsilons for my light blue RX-3.

For the fronts, Im going with 15x8 and 15x9. this pix is with my other set 16x9

Where do you guys find these tires? The ONLY reason I went with 17's is fat 15's just don't have tires anymore. Try looking for a 255 or 265 15. "Sorry, you seem to have entered an incorrect search parameter..." I'm not laking about el chepo tire either, I'm talking about high performance and race tires. When buying wheels I need to have options...

Once I get the WB, I will probably also go with TII breaks and wheel patterns. Then you can just cruise the wheel FS section and have lots of options.

These wheels currently for sale would look great on a WB FB IMO and at 17 by 8.5" and 9.5" would nicely fill up the wheel wells:

This was my old RX7 back in 99. Those are some 15X8 American Racing wheels. Not sure on the offset...it's no 0 offset, more like a +10

so the last post in this thread is over a year ago... but im wondering. how far has anyone stretched or rolled their SA/FB for fitment on stock fenders? (google images is worthless to search for cars without flares or widebody) I've been buying parts for my 93 but i look at my FB everyday and feel guilty for not doing anything with it. Maybe shoe shopping will make me feel better :P

max width?

anyone know what the widest wheels/tires I can fit with stock fenders and close-to-stock ride height and ZERO rubbing? I currently have 215/17's in the rear and I scrape, but only because they are 17's I think. I want 15, or 16" wheels preferably 9inch wide atleast. also I have a 4x114.3 pattern

hoang5659 02-07-13 04:45 PM

i have some 245's on the back of my fb. my wheels are 17x8 et +50 mustang wheels. the fronts needed a spacer to fit that offset.
