Replacing studs in front suspension

Replacing studs in front suspension

If one of the studs of these in the pic where the red arrow is pointed needs to be replaced, what else do you need to replace?

You could replace the whole hat if you have an extra, or you could break the stud out and put a bolt in its place (tack the back side down if you can).
