replacing the O2 sensor??

After reading the posts about good things that can happen after replacing the oxygen sensor in a GSL-SE, I've decided it couldn't hurt to do it myself. The local auto parts store has two that will work: the generic Bosch and one that has an OEM factory connector...the price difference is about $15. I guess with the generic one you probably have to splice some wires or something.

Anyone have any advice on which one to get, ie is it worth it to get the more expensive one?

Thanks

If the generic one is a single wire o2 sensor it will splice up fine.

I went with the Bosch with the O.E.M. connector, didn’t want my “splice” to be a cause for future problems. Made a big difference on how the POS Racer ran!
