Replacement fenders and header panel?

Replacement fenders and header panel?
I am in the process of tearing down my car for paint and I am in need of new fenders and a header panel. Is Victoria British the best place to buy these body panels??? $100 for each fender and $90 for the header panel anywhere from $26 to $30 for shipping. Please advise, Thanks.
