I have a pic from mazda of the Renesis and it don't look like that.I'll try to download it here.

That motor being built in the video is the RENESIS...look at the side port exhaust. Anyway...I have an RX8 and it is smooth as hell. Smoother than any other rotary I've owned....I love it. I still like my old 12A in my 1st rotary powered car I owned. hahah manual choke...that was cool.

does anyone know what that pic I posted is? I found it @ Mazda, They said it was the Renenis Rotor but the ones in the video don't look like that.

That is the renesis motor. The engine rotor has been cut in half so that is why the rotor looks weird. It's like a cutaway of the engine.
