removing the rats nest?

im thinking of taking out my rats nets, but im wundering if this is going to make the 85se 12A harder on gas. dose any one know what this will do?

I did not see any change in fuel consumption when I did this. If anything, the weight reduction probably increased it.

However, I must agree with Wackyracer on this one, fix your timing issues before potentially messing anything else up...

85se 12a?

That doesn't make any sense.

The GSL-SE had a 13b fuel-injected engine
All other models (S, GS, GSL) had a carbureted 12a engine.

So which do you have?

yeah dont tackle the rats nest before u fix something else. I tried that with the master cylinder slave and hydralic hose and removin rats nest... It can get pretty crazy. Take one issue at a time
