Removing Rats Nest
85 GSL-SE. I WANT TO REMOVE THE RATS NEST BECAUSE I THINK IT IS DROWNING OUT THE AIR SYSTEM. THE CAR RUNS REALLY RICH. HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE. WILL REMOVING THE NEST HELP?

Yeah, seriously.
For the millionth time:
1. DON'T WRITE ALL IN CAPS, IT'S FREKING ANNOYING
2. Always do a search first. There is a tutorial out for the rats nest on carbureted cars, but I haven't seen one for the -SE. The one for the carbureted cars can be found here:
http://maz_tutorials.totalimmage.com/
Do a search and you might try talking to Carl or Pratch.. they did it on the Carbureted car, maybe they have some idea as to how things work in the FI systems. As I recall, the rat's nest there isn't nearly as bad.
*sighs* sorry for my ranting and raving, I've had a long day. Snapped the e-brake cable whilst finishing the brake job, and found out that the brake line I got used in Ottawa has stripped threads on one end. Dammit.
