Occasionally after i have had my lights on and i turn them off and the car off, they will come back on when i am inside my house or wherever im at. just the parking lights, not the headlights but it still kills my battery once and a while, anyone have ideas on what might be causing this to happen?

It's that whole inferiority complex thing they have.

 

Maybe a previous owner had an alarm installed and didnt uninstall it correctly. Do they blink or just stay on?
