Rebuild time?

So the freezing weather hit, and my 83 gsl lost oil pressure. I thought maybe it's just the gauge, but there's a big puddle of oil under the car where I park. I see the engine itself is leaking from between the front rotor housing and the front iron section. It seems to run great for the time being, but I don't want to kill it. I will post pictures of the engine when it warms up outside.

a common issue with the 12A is the dowel seals giving out and causing oil to leak from the upper galley. if that's the case, unfortunately it requires tearing the whole block apart.

i use thicker viton o-rings to prevent this issue from recurring.

This is unfortunate. The warm season ended abruptly and I live in an apartment. It's 38 in my garage right now at 8:45am. This car was owned by an actor. It is currently not pretty from sitting for 11years, but the niece of the actor still recognized the car when I asked her for a signature for the title.

This car was originally owned by Ernest Borgnine. The gas tanks main fuel line was plugged, but by the time I figured that out I had installed a modified rx2 carb and installed a straight pipe. It's insanely fast now.

That's cool! I can't imagine Ernest Borgnine getting in and out of that car though, it couldn't have been easy!
