If eveything measures good all you need is a gasket kit. Atkins sell the 12a kit for around 100 bucks.

gasket set, coolant o-rings, and oil control rings.

get yourself a tube of hylomar and some small application brushes. also, make sure you have a good selection of picks. dental picks work great! these will come in handy when you place the corner pieces in the apex seals and try to lower the side housing over the rotor. if you've never built a motor be sure to have an assistent, thy're usually good for helping reference specs in the service guidelines and to help when installing the center iron.

Is the haynes manual bood enough to go by? Looks like I'm going to order some goodies to rebuild. Don't want to have to ask TOO many qeustions about the build. 8)

Sorry for jacking... seemed dead though.

The haynes would get you by, but with Mazda FSM' online free, why not use it. Oh and use super glue to attach the corner pieces back on the apex's. Just a drop on each one, no more. That'll hold em together. Otherwise they will pop off when you drop the next housing into place, and you may not notice till its too late.

I have a "Glenn's" manual that has much better rebuild info than the Haynes manual.
Not that there's anything wrong with the Haynes manual, but just thought I'd share some info.
