Question rear wiper motor....

how do u take it off safetly?

unclip the cover and there will be a screw on the left side of the box. remove that. next remove the wiper arm and undo the nut and take off the rubber sleeves. after that, the wiper motor and the upper box will drop down. undo the connector and installation is the opposite of removal. no need to change the upper box, just perhaps the rubber grommets and seals. the wiper motor will then unscrew via, i believe 3 screws from the box.

the screw that's on the left side of the box is on the outside on the window correct? because i dont see any screw's on the box its self

no, its on the inside. it is a flater phillips screw.

i just went and looked on my SE to make sure. look more towards the fronn of the box. the screw is kinda hiding behind the motor.
