rear iron coolant nipple removal?

rear iron coolant nipple removal?

Hey guys just wondering whats the best way to remove the coolant nipple on the side of the rear iron. Its the one that goes to the beehive cooler and heater core. I want to replace the one on my 12A iron(2 outlets) with one from a 13B(single). I'm switching over to a FMOC and just dont want to cap it off.

Cut the tee off and double clamp the heater hose. There is a chance that a re-installed nipple can pop out down the road, they are best left undisturbed.

There is also another tee on the other side of the bay for the original beehive. When I switched to the fmoc, I connected a heater hose to the 2 unused nipples.

or get the hard lines and soft lines from the SE. worked great for me wheni did the swap! or get the hard and soft lines from a pre 83 car with a 12A.

Thanks I gues I'll just cut it but tyhe thing is its already off. Somehow when I had it lapped and rehardened the nipple came off or was removed.
