Question rear end pumkin swap?

has neone tried 2 swap out just the rear pumkin outta a 2nd gen into our housings?

the actualy diff unit itself from a Non turbo second gen will Swap into a 84-85 housing.

Or a mazda miata

y not the turbo diff? also which would b a pretty decent swap, an would it b worth the hassle?

i'm interested in this too, sry to be a newbie, but are there any LSDs that swap right into a 84 gsl and will be reliable for 3-400hp?

the gsl and gslse should already have a lsd that should support up to 300 of course that is if you dont tear it apart to death but of course any diff with get fudge if u go do straight burns

Since this is on the table. I saw a thread a few days ago about this and have spent 3 days trying to find it. One memeber had a link to a page with all the info on what swapped with what. I have a friend that has an 87 b2200 and is going to junk it. It has a new rear, so, does anyone know if this rear will fit an 85 SE? I am guessing it is a 4.44.
