rear end

ok folks my t2 swap is supposed to finally go down this weekend. from past posts i remember reading that the fb rear end isnt strong enough for this motor. so my question is, what exactly are all the parts of the rear end, which one should i get, how long does that swap take and what are the cost like,
p.s. i have no problem searchin in the junkyard

I'll give you a reply. If you can, try to get an '84-'85 because they have larger axles. LSD disk brake style!

One of my old F prepared cars had a bridge ported 13b that produced 240hp. We gobbled up rear ends until we purchased a Mazda Comp. gear set. That was the only problem I had was the ring & pinion.
