85 12a-does the rb cat replacement pipe go from the manifold back to the muffler?

im pretty sure it goes to the overaxle pipe which is connected to the muffler

i know the cat repl pipe i got only replaced the MAIN cat.. i have a gutted precat so technically i have "straight through" exhaust, to the muffler
