Rare SA rims on ebay

Just noticed these Lads - might have expired before you read this, but no bids yet so maybe can still be bought direct from seller after?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Vinta...49391210QQrdZ1
Anyway, these are - from my experience- THE rarest of the 4 alloy wheel types that were available for the 79-80 SA. Nice looking set that appear in great shape, tho I think the chrome inserts around the lug bolts are pretty rusted up. These are OEM mazda rims, BTW, not aftermarket, and are actually listed in the parts books. Something really different from our beloved waffle wheels for the dedicated old-schoolers out there. Good luck.

Alaska (and in posession of all 4 types of wheels, which is why I am passing on the Love)

Because you're bidding against experience, lol. How bad do you want them?

You guys are just going to drive the price up. The trick to buying low on ebay is to let the bid go to the end. Then just put in you max bid that you are willing to pay. That way you won't let your ego out do your pocket, lol.

The seller should give Stu in Alaska a cut of the final bid.I want these rims, but it seems maybe trochoid, and 7springsmisfit wants them more than me.Well it it was worth a shot. These were going to be a sweet early birthday/xmas present to myself, but maybe next time.

How is it all of the bidders names suddenly disappeared? Now they are refered to by number. Didn't know the seller could change that in the middle of the auction.

I saw that as well Trochoid.I mentioned it to my wife that I didn't think that could be changed mid auction, but I guess it can.I think it is pretty safe to assume the three bidders are you me,and 7misfit,with the later being in the lead right now.

I can only hope the item I am selling goes up like this near the end.Maybe I should get Stu to make a post to a video game board about my auction,he seems to have the magic touch.

I read the memo above the bidder list. Apparently it's a new eBay plocy. I saw you guy's names at 1st, then it went to numbers.

I was going to jump back in until bidder 5 showed up. lol I did have a set figure I'm willing to pay at this time, which is 100 less than the current bid. Oh well.

Holy crap, 327, and no, it wasn't me.
