I recently took out the factory radio out of my '82. I had a problem with the replacement radio fitting in the top hole(under the ac controls). It wasn't wide enuf so i put it in the bottom hole. (the radio is a not permant) I was wondering what size of radio will fit in the top hole? Will any slicing and dicing be needed? THanks

 

yes u do have to file the dash to get to fit and use the mount that **** with the radio to mount into the dash
