Koyo is just a brand. They make stock replacements as well as all aluminum. So, Id assume you would have no issues with a Koyo stock replacement if you wanted (and can find one).

As for the sensor, if it doesn't come with one I personally wouldn't buy one, but if NONE of them come with it (seems odd...) you could always take it to a specialty welding shop and have them drill a hole and TIG weld an appropriate bung to the tank for the sensor.

A guy at work was doing a Lexus V8 swap into his 4Runner and got an aluminum radiator that had two inlets and two outlets. You were supposed to have the ones you didnt need cut off and plugged. Seemed silly to me, why not just buy the configuration you needed? Haha.

The one from leadfoot racing (on e-bay) comes with the sensor bung and the heater pipe. It's a 3 row aluminum that is a stock configuration.

Those champion radiators have all the bungs needed just like a oem radiator. So your sensor would still work. If your looking for better cooling I would just replace your stock one. I know people running stock radiators on turbo setups with no heating problems. I was looking at those champion radiators also, but ended up going with a new stock replacement for my turbo project. Directfreak here on the forum is running a stock radiator in his GSL-SE with Efan making 500whp in florida heat.
