Radiator and Oil cooler Question.....

Ok so I have a fucked up rad in my car. I bought a rad out of a 82 and Iam in the process off buying a FMOC out off a 83. My question is what oil lines do I need to use 12a or se ones? Iam running a 13b. Thanks

if this rad u bought is the tall one, the oil cooler will need to be mounted in the stock location, front side of the rad. the short rads mount the cooler under it. this will actually determine what lines u'll need. get it mounted and use whatever lines will reach it.

I'm lost, '83 comes with a bee hive not a front mount.

^Yea....what??? Maybe he got year wrong or someone did the conversion

As chris said, mounting location is key to knowing what lines to make.

GOSOX have you looked at trochoids conversion thread? He had lines made for like 30 bucks, which is much cheaper than braided or stock lines AFAIK

in case you havent seen it (alot wont apply to you but some will) the thread is
