Racing beat 12A manual header Streetable header

Well heres my question does it bolt right into my stock exhaust system heres a link to the header im talking about for my 1985 GSL

How hard is it to install?

It will bolt right up, but you will need to install either the cat replacement pipe or fab something up to replace your cats. Mine wouldn't bolt up to the rest of the exhaust so I just welded a flang onto a pipe, and connected it to my muffler.

so what im wondering about is will i have to bypass the cats and fab something up to hook the header up to the rest of the stock exhaust

Just installed my RB header on my stock 85 gsl today but I also have the pre-silencer. That bolted up nicely! However I cant imagine what I would have done had I not purchased the pre-silencer., may had to have gone to get a strait pipe fabricated at the local muffler shop!

Would my exhaust be to loud if i went from Racing beat header, to powerpulse presilencer to straightpipe?
